Ken Crinklaw - PT, MSPT, OCS

Ken is the founder and co-owner of Redmond Physical Therapy located in Redmond, Washington.  He has practiced outpatient physical therapy since 1992 and is a board certified specialist in orthopedics. Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sport Science and a Master of Science degree in Adaptive Physical Education from the University of Oregon.  He attended the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center where he obtained his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy.

Dr. Jack Ransone - PhD, ATC, FACSM

Dr. Adams has served as Chair of the USA Track and Field Sports Medicine and Science Committee. He is a member of the International Association of Athletics Federation's Medical and Anti-Doping Committee. Dr. Adams also served as the Team Physician for the USA Track and Field Team at the Olympic Games in London 2012.

Shalini Koduri - Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer 

Shalini, co-founder, has a wealth of experience in Digital Media, Writing, Communications, Marketing, Customer Service, and Logistics which she developed through her work in the public and private sectors: Eddie Bauer, Abacus West, Norvanco International, Tradec, and State of Washington. Shalini holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Jackson School of International Studies, University of Washington. In addition, she completed one year of foreign study at Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo, Japan.  Shalini is passionate about communication and connecting people and ideas.

Dr. Suray Bhatia is a visionary scientist and teacher dedicated to improving the world through intelligent technological designs. He holds the belief that education is wealth and has spent a lifetime amassing it and transforming it into real-world solutions.

Dr. Bhatia served at The Boeing Company as a Senior Engineer for 30 years and has extensive experience in Control/Guidance Systems design, analysis, simulation and optimization. In addition, he developed curriculums and seminars in Fuzzy Logic and its applications which he taught to hundreds of Boeing managers, engineers, and mechanics over a period of 15 years. He has also given presentations to the President, Vice Presidents, and Directors of The Boeing Company. Dr. Bhatia worked on and guided several projects for feasibility studies as well as to demonstrate the usage of Fuzzy Logic as a design tool for cheaper, faster, and better solutions; some of these designs have received U.S. patents.

Prior to his time at The Boeing Company, Dr. Bhatia worked as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics, Statistics, & Programming at U.P. Agricultural University in Pantnagar, India for 6 years. He brought the Computer Age to the University by starting its very first computer lab & designing an elementary course in FORTRAN back in the 1960's.

Dr. Bhatia holds Ph.Ds in Applied Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University.

Sunil, co-founder, has worked for over 25 years at Microsoft, SofTech, and General Dynamics in roles ranging from business and software development to management and strategy.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA / Master of International Business from Pepperdine University and European Business School. He believes in hard work but also has passion for fun.

Dr. Ransone is the Director of the Nebraska Athletic Performance Lab at University of Nebraska.  Dr. Ransone has previously served as professor at Texas State University and Oklahoma State University. He has also served as Medical Coordinator for the NBA's San Antonio Spurs from 2010 to 2014. The National Athletic Trainers awarded Dr. Ransone the "Most Distinguished Athletic Trainer" award in 2007. In addition, he has served as the Head Athletic Trainer for the 2012 US Olympic Track & Field Team and the Medical Coordinator for the 2004 and 2008 US Olympic Teams.​
